Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the KaamWala customer app or KaamWala Partner (worker) app, you agree to these terms.

1. What KaamWala Is

KaamWala is a platform that connects customers with independent, third-party local service providers ("workers") for home and vehicle services such as plumbing, electrical work, AC repair, cleaning, and similar trades. Workers are independent contractors, not KaamWala employees.

2. Account & Verification

• You must provide accurate information and a valid phone number to create an account.
• Workers must submit a genuine CNIC (national identity card) for verification before their profile is shown to customers. Submitting false identity information may result in permanent account removal.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

3. Bookings & Pricing

• Prices shown are estimates provided by the worker (or, for posted requests, bids submitted by workers) — final pricing is agreed directly between customer and worker.
• KaamWala is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a worker, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any service performed.
• Either side may cancel a booking; repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to account restrictions.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false identity, contact, or location information.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass another user.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the app's security features.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We may deactivate or remove an account that violates these terms, submits fraudulent verification documents, or is reported for abusive conduct. You can request deletion of your own account at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

6. Limitation of Liability

KaamWala provides the platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from services performed by workers found through the platform. Disputes about a specific job should be resolved directly between the customer and worker; contact us if you need help mediating a serious issue.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
